Manhattan

There are competing legends about the origin of the Manhattan, each more obscure and fantastic than the last. What we believe: the cocktail was invented @ the Manhattan Club in the late 1870s for a fundraising event chaired by Winston Churchill's mother.

Ingredients:

Marker's Mark Bourbon, sweet vermouth, and homemade bitters, aged, and served over a hand cut ice rock.
