Boulevardier

The Boulevardier cocktail was created by Mr. Erskine Gwynne, an American-born writer who in the late 1920's founded a monthly magazine in Paris entitled Boulevardier. Like Mr. Hemingway and many other expats of his time, Mr. Gwynne was a regular of Harry's New York Bar in Paris where this sophisticated cocktail was born.

Ingredients:

A rich and intriguing cocktail that is similar to a Negroni, but gone are the fine botanicals and in their place are the oak, caramel, and spice notes of fine Bourbon.
