Learn about the fastest-growing spirits category in America by exploring the Agave plant, the difference between Tequila and Mezcal, and how to use each for a variety of cocktails.

Class Overview:

While enjoying 3 different craft cocktails featuring Tequila, Mezcal and Sotol (a plant very similar to agave), we'll teach the differences in the Agave plant varieties, how they are harvested and processed giving each spirit a very different taste profile, and key citrus/sugar ingredients that pair with each for your next office or home party.
